Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office Prepares for Increased Security Measures at Chiefs-Bengals AFC Championship Game

The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Office (TCSO) is closely monitoring the upcoming AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Cincinnati Bengals. The game is scheduled to take place at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, on Sunday, January 29, 2023.

In anticipation of increased traffic and crowds, the TCSO is implementing several security measures to ensure the safety of all attendees. These measures include:

  • Increased law enforcement presence at and around the stadium
  • Enhanced security screening procedures for all attendees
  • A ban on tailgating in the stadium parking lots
  • Restrictions on the size and type of bags that can be brought into the stadium
