The Voice Kids 2020 final kicks off tonight, Saturday, August 29, and this series features a new face in the red chair. The ninth season of The Voice Kids in Germany premiered on February 27, 2021, on Sat1. On November 15, 2020, it was announced that Stefanie Kloss would join the jury as a new coach. Kloss is a German singer and songwriter who rose to fame as a member of the girl group Tic Tac Toe. She has since released several solo albums and has been a judge on other singing competition shows, including Deutschland sucht den Superstar and Popstars.

Two Familiar Faces Return

Joining Kloss on the judging panel are two familiar faces: Mark Forster and Lena Meyer-Landrut. Forster has been a coach on The Voice Kids since its inception in 2013, while Meyer-Landrut joined the show in 2015. Both coaches have led their teams to victory in the past, and they will be hoping to do so again this year.

The final of The Voice Kids 2020 will feature performances from the top four contestants: Team Mark's Lara-Sophie, Team Lena's Mathea, Team Stefanie's Moses, and Team Mark's Leo. The winner of the show will be determined by a combination of public votes and the judges' scores.
