Final

The second leg was played at the Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa in Quito, Ecuador, on July 27, 2016. Atlético Nacional won the second leg 1-0, with a goal from Orlando Berrío. Atlético Nacional won the aggregate 2-0 and were crowned champions of the 2016 Copa Bridgestone Libertadores.
